Ingrediënten

  • ½ Packet of Slendier Rice Style
  • 1 180g Can Tuna in Spring Water (drained and flaked)
  • 1 Egg (lightly whisked)
  • 1 ¼ cup(s) Frozen Peas
  • 3 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Chilli (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
  • 1 cup(s) Corriander
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Gluten Free Green Curry Paste
  • 2 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)

Sauce

  • ½ cup(s) Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 1 Small Cucumber (halved, seeded and grated)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Ground Cumin
  • 1 cup(s) Fresh Mint Leaves (finely chopped)

Routebeschrijving

  1. Prepare Slendier rice style as per instructions on the pack and weigh out 125 grams and set aside. The remainder Slendier rice style place in small bowl cover with cling wrap and consume within 2-3 days
  2. In a large bowl combine Slendier rice style, peas, sliced onion, chilli, coriander leaves, tuna, egg, flour and curry paste. Stir until well combined
  3. Add oil to non stick frying pan and gently heat. Add 1/3 cup of mixture to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Continue process with remaining mixture to make 6 fritters in total. Serve with yogurt mint dip.
