We started our journey into the world of wellness from a place of frustration and tiredness. We were sick and tired of being sick and tired: our corporate jobs full of meetings, more meetings, presentations about forgotten issues and tiny moments of achievement were making us unhappy.
So we decided to get happy.
We investigated the world of ancient foods and discovered konjac. This ugly little root vegetable changed our world and we think it can help the planet too. We fell in love with this little beauty; it takes on any flavour, is good for you and we make it with love, care and nothing nasty. We hope you'll fall in love with konjac too. We now travel the world to bring konjac, ancient beans, the best vegetable sauces, the freshest ingredients, traditional cooking methods and grandmother-like care to your table.
To be honest, we didn't really set out to change the whole world; we just wanted to try to make a happier future for ourselves, our children and yours.

Slendier products are dairy free and suitable for vegetarians and vegans. All of our products are subjected to regular laboratory testing.

Once your online order is placed, we will deliver straight to your door within our standard delivery time of 3-10 working days.
We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post and other contracted agents. There may be an additional shipping fee for addresses outside contractor’s service areas.
We don’t currently ship internationally, but if you are from a country other than Australia please visit our foreign language pages to locate international stockists.
The products in our konjac range are all Kosher certified under SKS Supervision.
Slendier products are quick to cook and recommended to eat fresh for optimum taste and enjoyment. Once opened, our products will keep for 1-3 days if properly sealed and refrigerated. Our bean pastas can be stored in a container in the pantry for two years if uncooked.
We don’t recommend freezing the konjac range because konjac flour has a high water content. This means that while Slendier products do freeze easily, they tend to go mushy when thawing.

Our original product was sourced from Japan, but is no longer able to be imported following the 2011 tsunami. Unfortunately, konjac is not able to be grown in Australia and many other countries because of weather and climate factors.
We currently source and make the majority of our noodle and pasta products in China where the climate and conditions are perfect for growing the konjac crop. China is the biggest konjac producer in the world; its’ geology and climate are ideal for konjac crops to flourish.
Our pasta sauces (including the sauces in our Ready to Eat meals) are made in Italy.
We have taken extraordinary steps to make sure our products are grown and manufactured to the highest possible standard. When we were able, we regularly visited our field and production plants in person to make sure the hygiene, manufacturing and processing standards are world class. We still regularly “e-inspect” our off-shore facilities.
The production process is extremely well managed. We ensure that all of our processing and manufacturing are conducted in line with the highest food safety standards.
We accept returns for faulty Slendier goods returned in original packaging and condition within 14 days or purchase (excluding postage & handling). We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Slendier is made from water and konjac flour, and is a great alternative to wheat pasta, rice and noodles. It’s made from a vegetable called konjac, which contains a soluble fibre called Glucomannan.
This fibre has an incredible water-holding capacity, while also being the thickest of all known dietary fibres – this is great news for you!
The key ingredients are konjac flour 5% and purified water 95%. Our factory only makes Slendier product.
Slendier is low in calories and carbohydrates, is a great way to make some positive changes to your diet and lifestyle and is delicious.
Slendier konjac range contain 11 calories per serve. The recommended serving size is 125g (drained product) and our konjac product contains two servings per pack.
Slendier products are all quick to cook and recommended to eat fresh for optimum taste and enjoyment. We recommend Slendier noodles be prepared in the following way:
Part of the magic of konjac noodles is that they swell when mixed with water, making you feel full without the carbs and calories. We therefore recommend drinking 1-2 glasses of water with your meal to aid digestion and to maximise their health benefits.
These brown spots are natural parts of the Konjac bark. They are completely safe to consume and do not change the taste or texture of the noodle.
Our bean pastas are made from organic black bean flour and water, organic edamame bean flour and water and organic soy bean flour and water. They are a good source of fibre and protein and provide a great alternative to wheat pasta, rice and noodles.
Slendier’s bean pasta products all contain 115 calories (or 480 kilojoules) per 100g. The recommended serving size is 50g and all our bean pasta products contain four servings per pack.

Our pasta sauces are manufactured in a facility, which also uses wheat, gluten, eggs, fish, soy, peanuts, milk & tree nuts. contains celery.
Our pasta sauces all contain approximately 60 calories (or 240 kilojoules) per 100g serve. The recommended serving size is 85g and all our bean pasta products contain four servings per pack.

Our crackers are made of premium ingredients, are handmade and dehydrated at a low temperature over many hours. Because our crackers are handmade the cost to produce them is higher than traditionally manufactured crackers. However, because we take such good care of them in the cooking process, they maintain all the health benefits of the raw ingredients and this makes them very good for you.
Our Low Carb Bars are made with all-natural ingredients with no artificial colours or preservatives. They are lower in carbohydrates than traditional snack bars.
Most people will need to consume under 50 grams per day to reach ketosis. Our snack products are all lower in carbohydrates and enable you to stay in ketosis when coupled with lower carbohydrate meals – such as those made with our konjac or bean pastas.
