  • 1 packet Slendier Angel Hair Style
  • 200g canned tuna in spring water
  • 2 tsp capers
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 10 semi-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch fresh basil leaves, finely shredded
  • ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 anchovy, very finely chopped
  • 50ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 packed cup rocket leaves, roughly chopped


  1. Prepare Slendier Angel Hair Style according to directions on the packet.
  2. Place remaining ingredients, except for rocket leaves, into a small frypan and warm gently for a few minutes over very low heat.
  3. Add angel hair and mix to combine. Remove from heat, add rocket leaves, season to taste, and toss well.
  4. Divide between 2 serving bowls and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil.
