  • 125 Grams Slendier AngelHair
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 8 Cooked Peeled Prawns chopped roughly
  • 4 Cos lettuce leaves washed
  • 1/4 Cup lime juice
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 Cup diced red onion
  • 2 Tablespoon Low fat Natural Yoghurt
  • 5 Cm piece ginger grated
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 Teaspoon Light Chilli Sauce


  1. Prepare Slendier Angel Hair as per instructions on pack and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the lime juice and sesame oil, stirring to combine. Peel and cube the avocados, then add to the dressing with the prawns, ginger, onion, coriander leaves and Slendier Angel Hair and toss gently.
  3. Fill lettuce leaves with the mixture and top with natural yoghurt
  4. Serve with lime wedges.
