  • 250 Slendier Angel Hair
  • 300 grams green peeled deveined prawns
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 5 cm piece of ginger grated
  • 2 teaspoon(s) of vegetable oil
  • 1 small carrot peeled and sliced thinly
  • 1 cup(s) red capsicum sliced thinly
  • 100 grams green beans cut into 3 cm pieces
  • 1 cup(s) of cabbage sliced thinly
  • 4 spring onions sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt reduced soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon(s) curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) turmeric


  1. Prepare Slendier Angel Hair as per instructions on the pack
  2. Add oil to pan add garlic and ginger , cook until aromatic
  3. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked
  4. Add beans, carrot, cabbage and red capsicum and cook until tender
  5. Add curry powder, turmeric and soy sauce
  6. Toss Angel Hair and coat with sauce
  7. Garnish and serve with spring onions
  8. You can also:
a.    Add chicken or pork for extra protein
b.    Serve with bean sprouts for extra texture
