  • 250 grams Slendier Spaghetti
  • 1 Crushed garlic clove
  • 1 Small brown onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive oil
  • ⅓ cup(s) Tomato paste
  • 250 grams Diced can tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Chilli powder
  • 250 grams Turkey mince


  1. Prepare Slendier Spaghetti as per the cooking instruction on the pack. Drain well with the paper towel.
  2. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add mince and cook, uncovered, breaking up with a wooden spoon, for 5 to 7 minutes or until browned .Cook onion and garlic, stirring, for 5 minutes or until softened
  3. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, oregano and chilli powder; bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes or until thick.
  4. Add spaghetti into the bolognese sauce for few minutes to let it absorb the flavour.
  5. Serve topped with cheese and basil leave
