Ingredients
- 250 grams Slendier Angel Hair
- 8 Green Prawns Peeled And Deveined With Tails Left On
- 1 Carrot Julienned
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves
- 1 teaspoon(s) Vegetable Oil
- 3 Spring Onions Sliced
- cup(s) Sliced Red Capsicum
- 1 teaspoon(s) Sesame Oil
- 2 cm Piece Ginger Grated
- 1 Small Red Chilli Seeded And Diced
- 1 For Sauce
- 2 teaspoon(s) Low Sodium Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 Juice of a lime

Angel Hair

- Prepare Slendier Angel Hair as per instructions on pack and set aside
- In a wok or large frying pan add vegetable oil and chilli to hot wok then add prawns, searing over high heat for 1 minute. Remove cooked prawns from wok and keep in a warm place
- Add sesame oil, ginger and spring onions and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant. Add julienned carrot and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl add soy sauce, fish sauce and lime and whisk to combine. Return prawns to wok, add sauce and prepared Slendier Angel Hair and toss to combine
- Remove from heat toss in mint leaves; Divide evenly in bowls and serve
