Ingredients

  • 250 grams Slendier Angel Hair
  • 150 grams Cooked prawns peeled
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • ½ cup(s) finely chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 Watermelon rind removed cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive oil
  • 1 Small red onion thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Prepare Slendier Angel Hair as per instructions on pack and set aside
