  • 1 packet of Slendier Organic Konjac Vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp Neutral cooking oil such as canola or vegetable
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cod roe or similar small roe
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 spring onion greens finely sliced
  • Additional cod roe and sesame seeds to serve


1. Drain and wash Slendier Organic Konjac Vermicelli according to package instructions.
2. In a medium skillet, heat up cooking oil over medium low heat. Add cod roe and sesame
seeds and sauté until roe changes colour. Then add sesame oil and Slendier Konjac Angel
Hair and toss to combine. Taste and add salt if necessary (The sesame oil and cod roe should
add enough salt on their own. Allow Angel Hair to heat through.
3. Toss angel hair with spring onions and serve with additional cod roe and sesame seeds on
