Our returns policy

Goods in original package maybe returned for a refund within 14 days (excluding postage & handling). This only applies if the goods are deemed faulty.

• It was purchased directly from the Company www.slendier.com
• The original contents including the packaging are returned to us at the address specified by our customer service representative; and
• You comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery, title and risk

We will deliver the Product to the place of delivery you specify when making your order. Title to and risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery of the Product.

Shipping

1. Prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs
2. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
3. Standard delivery times are between 3-10 working days.
4. For regional post code addresses, there will be an additional shipping fees for order more than 12 packs.
