  • 250g Rump beef cut into thin slices
  • 1 tsp Light soy sauce salt reduced
  • 1 tsp Rice wine
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 250g Slendier Organic Wok Fry Noodles
  • 1 Brown onion thickly sliced
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 Clove garlic coarsely chopped
  • 5 cm piece ginger finely chopped
  • 1 Small carrot julienned
  • 1 Bunch Bok Choi finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dry chilli flakes
  • 1/4 Cup black bean sauce


  1. Prepare Slendier Organic Wok Ready Noodles as per instructions on the pack and set aside.
  2. Beef; place the beef strips into a bowl and add the light soy sauce, rice wine, cornflour and mix well. Leave to marinade for 10-20 minutes.
  3. Add oil to wok/pan to heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 1 minute, or until browned. Remove the beef with a slotted spoon and set aside. Pour meat juice from pan into a small bowl and set aside.
  4. Add onions to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add black beans, carrot, garlic, ginger and stir fry quickly for 15 seconds.
  5. Add the juices collected to the wok. Add the oyster sauce, water and stir for a minute. Then return the beef to the wok.
  6. Add dry chilli flakes and prepared noodles and gently toss for a minute.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
