  • 250 grams Slendier Angel Hair
  • 150 grams Cooked prawns peeled
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • ½ cup(s) finely chopped parsley leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 Watermelon rind removed cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Olive oil
  • 1 Small red onion thinly sliced


  1. Prepare Slendier Angel Hair as per instructions on pack and set aside
  2. In a large bowl add parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, onion and angel hair; gently toss to combine
  3. Place Angel hair mixture on plate, add prawns , watermelon and cucumber ÂÂ and gently toss
