  • 1 Clove of Garlic, crushed
  • 250 grams Slendier Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Gluten Free Corn Flour
  • 300 grams Pork, Tenderloin sliced
  • 50 grams Green Beans. sliced
  • 2 Spring Onions, sliced
  • 5 cm Piece of Ginger
  • 1 cup(s) Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 Small Carrot, sliced & halved
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Dry Sherry
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Tablespoon Gluten Free Ketcap manis
  • ½ Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Peanut Oil


  1. Prepare Slendier Noodles as per instructions on the pack and set aside
  2. Combine pork, sherry and cornflour in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes
  3. Heat a wok over a high heat; add oil to wok and swirl to coat. Add pork and stir fry for 3-5 minutes or until cooked through. Remove to a plate.
  4. In same pan add garlic, ginger, beans and onions. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add pork, cabbage and ketcap manis. Stir for 2 minutes or until wilted. Add prepared noodles and toss to combine
