Spicy Sesame Garlic Noodles

Recipe:
Spicy Sesame Sauce:
- 1/4 Cup Tamari
- 1/4 Cup Tahini
- 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (Minced)
- 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 – 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- Pinch of Pepper
Other Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1-2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 2 x 250g Slendier Konjac Noodles (drained and soaked in hot water for 1 minute)
Garnish:
- Sesame Seeds
- Spring Onion (Chopped)
1. Mix together all spicy sesame sauce ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat sesame oil on a frying pan over medium to high heat. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add the konjac noodles and pour over the sesame sauce. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
3. Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 3 days.
