Spicy Sesame Garlic Noodles

Serves 4

Spicy Sesame Sauce:
  • 1/4 Cup Tamari
  • 1/4 Cup Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (Minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 – 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • Pinch of Pepper
Other Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1-2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 x 250g Slendier Konjac Noodles  (drained and soaked in hot water for 1 minute)
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Spring Onion (Chopped)


1. Mix together all spicy sesame sauce ingredients until smooth.

2. Heat sesame oil on a frying pan over medium to high heat. Sauté garlic for 1-2 minutes. Add the konjac noodles and pour over the sesame sauce. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

3. Serve in bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy! Store in the fridge for 3 days.
