Our returns policy

Goods in the original package may be returned for a refund within 14 days (excluding postage & handling).

• This only applies if the goods are deemed faulty.
• It was purchased directly from the Company, (Dlite Foods Pacific Pty Ltd, www.slendier.com)
• The original contents including the packaging are returned to us at the address specified by our customer service representative; and
• You comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

Delivery, title and risk

We will deliver the Product to the place of delivery you specify when making your order.

Title to and risk in the Product will pass to you upon delivery of the Product.

 

Shipping

Prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs

We deliver products Australia-wide using Australia Post and other contracted agents. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct.

Standard delivery times are between 3-10 working days.

For regional postcode addresses, there will be additional shipping fees for orders of more than 12 packs

We currently do not offer International shipping. If you are from outside Australia, please see our foreign language pages to locate our international distributors
