Ingredients:
Beetroot Sauce:
• 1 Cup Cooked Baby Beetroots
• 1/2 Cup Cashews (Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and drained)
• 2 Tbsp Tahini
• 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp Soy Milk
• 1 Clove Garlic
• 1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
• Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Other Ingredients:
• 2 x 255g Sachets Slendier Hearts of Palm Spaghetti Style
• 2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
• 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
• 2 Tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Place all beetroot sauce ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.
- Drain and rinse Slendier Hearts of Palm Spaghetti Style and transfer into a bowl.
- Pour the beetroot sauce over the spaghetti and mix until well combined. Garnish with parsley, walnuts and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
